Job Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day office administration and routine operational activities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, files and office documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters and service providers.
- Manage stationery, housekeeping, office supplies and general purchases.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, challans and basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and HR departments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier and visitor management.
- Maintain company documents, licenses, AMC and vendor records.
- Support recruitment, joining formalities and employee documentation when required.
- Coordinate dispatch, vehicle arrangement and material movement as needed.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and basic computer operations required.
